For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. Accessories that come with your portable monitor can be returned, but separately purchased accessories are not included in this policy. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for return instructions.

If you decide the product is not for you, we’ll provide a full refund within 14 days, provided the product is unsealed and returned with all items from the original order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, our free return policy does not cover compatibility or driver issues if these were not verified prior to purchase.
