How do I install my portable monitor?

We’ve developed all our monitors to offer a seamless experience. Whether you’re connecting via USB-C (or HDMI on some models), the process is straightforward. However, depending on your device and model, small setup steps like adjusting your screen layout or selecting a power source may be required for optimal performance.

To ensure optimal performance, some models may require a driver. If you’re using a professional laptop where IT restrictions may apply, we recommend choosing a model that doesn't require any drivers.

How does the 14-day return policy work?

For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. Accessories that come with your portable monitor can be returned, but separately purchased accessories are not included in this policy. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them for return instructions.

If you decide the product is not for you, we’ll provide a full refund within 14 days, provided the product is unsealed and returned with all items from the original order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
