How can I cancel my order before it ships?
Changed your mind? No worries — we’ve made it easy to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, no questions asked.
You don’t even need to contact our support team — at AURA DISPLAYS, we’ve simplified the process for you.
Just log in to your customer account using the same email address you used during checkout.
Not sure which email that is? You can double-check your order confirmation email to see which address was used for your purchase.
Once logged in, go to "Orders" > select your order, and you’ll find the option to Cancel or Edit your order.
- If you simply need to change the shipping address or swap products, there's no need to cancel — just click Edit Order.
- If you wish to cancel entirely, one click is all it takes.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 1–3 business days, though in some cases — depending on your payment provider or weekends/holidays — it may take up to 3–5 business days to show on your credit card statement or banking app.
